If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order data (model, size, color, quantity, etc.) and telling us why you would like to return.

All shoes are limited editions therefore we offer only a 7-day return option.

Returns must be undamaged and have no sign of use/wear.
The returns must be in the original undamaged packaging.
The returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Unauthorized or declined returns will be shipped back to the customer at additional S&H cost.

We issue refunds within one week after receiving and inspecting the returned shoes.

Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping to all US contiguous states.

Please inquire shipping quotes for other territories and countries.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
